Que el egresado de la Licenciatura en Abogado contará  con una información académica integral, sólida, que le permita desarrollarse ética y profesionalmente en el campo jurídico. Según la orientación cursada, el egresado será capaz de; investigar en el campo jurídico, certificar jurídicamente, legislar, litigar, asesorar jurídicamente, procurar justicia, administrar justicia y promover aprendizajes jurídicos y competentes para:
 

• Realizar investigaciones jurídicas a fin de proponer soluciones a los problemas de la sociedad contemporánea, en el ámbito nacional e internacional.
• Realizar funciones de gestión, consulta y asesoría en materia jurídica en las distintas áreas que demanden su quehacer profesional.
• Conocer los trámites para realizar la certificación publica.
• Interrelacionar la realidad social con la norma jurídica, a fin de proponer iniciativas de modificación y creación de leyes.
• Aplicar la norma en casos concretos a todo tipo de procesos jurídicos.
• Procurar y administrar justicia desde el ámbito del servicio público.
• Transmitir y generar el conocimiento jurídico y el interés por el mismo.

• To carry out legal research in order to propose solutions to the problems of contemporary society, at national and international level.
• Perform management functions, consultation and legal advice in the different areas that demand their professional work.
• Know the procedures to carry out the public certification.
• Interrelate social reality with the legal norm, in order to propose initiatives for modification and creation of laws.
• Apply the rule in specific cases to all kinds of legal processes.
• Seek and administer justice from the public service area.
• Transmit and generate legal knowledge and interest in it.
